Hand Picking
From our cherished 70-year-old coffee estate in Coorg, we meticulously select only the finest, ripe coffee cherries to craft our premium organic ground coffee. Harvest seasons for Arabica range from November to January, while Robusta is harvested from January to February.
Washing & Drying
The coffee bean is then extracted from the cherry red coffee fruit after intensive washing and drying. It takes around 8 to 10 days for the bean to dry thoroughly and reduce its moisture content to about 9 to 13%. – the process of coffee – natural/ wet process.
Hulling and Grading
The bean is then hulled and polished, removing all of the additional layers that are still covering the beans. Professional coffee graders classify coffee bean quality based on primary and secondary defects.
Roasted Coffee Beans
We roast the coffee beans with the utmost care, combining scientific knowledge with
our intuition and knowledge to achieve a
balanced taste and the perfect deep
flavoured ground coffee and roasted coffee beans.

then turned into finely ground coffee
before being packaged to preserve the
beans from air and moisture and keep
them fresh for weeks!
